What is my GPRN / MPRN and where do I find it?
GPRN stands for Gas Point Reference Number which is a unique identifying number for your connection to the gas network. Your GPRN is a seven digit number which can be found in the top right-hand corner of your bill.
MPRN stands for Meter Point Reference Number which is a unique identifying number for your connection to the electricity network. Your MPRN is an eleven digit number which can be found in the top right-hand corner of your bill.
GPRN and MPRN numbers are important when setting up a new account with us. They're also needed when submitting a meter reading.
Once you've set up an online account with us, you'll be able to see your GPRN or MPRN on your online account dashboard.
