What should I do if I do not receive my bill?

Here are some reasons why you may not have received your bill:

If you've just signed up

It may take some time for us to set up your account, and for your first bill to be issued. New customers should receive their first bill within 60 days of signing up.

No meter read received

The average billing cycle is two months, but for some customers this can be longer. If we haven't received a read from ESB Networks/Gas Networks Ireland for your meter, this can delay your bill being issued. In this instance, your bill may take longer to issue.

Please note that Gas Networks Ireland and ESB Networks are responsible for providing us with actual and estimated reads, and for verifying submitted customer reads.

Paperless

If you've registered for online account management or signed up to a paperless offer, you may have turned on paperless billing, meaning your bill is available online. Sign in to your online account to view your bill. We send a bill notification to our paperless customers within three days of the bill issue date.

Pay As You Go

Bills are not issued to Pay As You Go customers; however you'll receive a quarterly statement.
