Payments don’t always appear straight away. It depends on how you paid:
- Online or via the app: by the next working day
- Direct Debit: up to 3 working days after it’s taken
- 24-hour phone service (IVR): by the next working day
- SMS: by the next working day
- Post Office or Payzone: up to 3 working days
- Bank transfer: up to 3 working days
