Where can I find my account number?

You can see your account number on your account list when you sign in, and on your online account dashboard, underneath your address.  You can view and download your bills at anytime, and your downloaded bill will also display your account number.

If you don't have an online account, you can find your account number in the top right-hand corner of your bill. 

If you haven't received your first bill

If you've just joined and haven't received a bill yet, you can find your account number in your direct debit confirmation email and in our welcome pack, both of which you'll receive after signing up.

 If you're a Pay As You Go (PAYG) customer

Customers with legacy PAYG meters can find their account number on their most recent PAYG statement. 

Smart Pay As You Go customers can see their account number on their online account.
