Who do I contact to have my boiler repaired or serviced?

If you're signed up to our 10 year warranty, you can book your boiler repair or service online. 

To book your annual boiler service follow the steps:

  1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
  2. On 'My accounts' page select your Service account.
  3. If your boiler needs to be serviced, you’ll see a notification confirming “Annual Boiler Service needed” and a Click on the link to book your boiler service.
     
  4. or Under 'Bookings' scroll down and Click on 'Search and buy services'.

To book your boiler repair follow the steps:

  1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
  2. On 'My accounts' page select your Service account.
  3. Under 'Bookings' scroll down and Click on 'Search and buy services' to report a boiler breakdown. All you need to provide is your phone number and a brief description of what's wrong with your boiler.

Please note:

  • If your boiler was installed by Local Heroes, and you've issues with your boiler during the first 12 months of the warranty, please contact Local Heroes at support@localheroes.ie.
  • After the first 12 months, Bord Gáis Energy will be responsible for the remaining 9 years of warranty. 
  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online, just sign in to your online account. If your appointment is at the status of 'dispatched' (allocated to one of our service engineers), you'll need tocontact us.
