Who do I contact to have my boiler repaired or serviced?
If your boiler was installed by Local Heroes, and you've issues with your boiler during the first 12 months of the warranty, please contact Local Heroes at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After the first twelve months, Bord Gáis Energy will be responsible for the remaining 9 years of warranty. To report a boiler breakdown, please sign in to your online account, select your Services account, and under the Bookings tab, book a repair. All you need to provide is your phone number and a brief description of what's wrong with your boiler. Alternatively, you can call us on 01 611 01 45.
To book your annual boiler service, please sign in to your online account, and select your Services account. If your boiler needs to be serviced, you’ll see a note confirming “Annual Boiler Service needed” and a link to book your service.
