If your final balance on an account is in credit and you've another Bord Gáis Energy account, we'll first attempt to transfer the credit to that account, as per our Terms and Conditions. If a balance transfer is not applicable and you pay your bills by direct debit, then we'll attempt to refund your bank account automatically.
If a balance transfer is not applicable and you don't pay your bills by direct debit, please contact us for a refund providing the following information in order to obtain your refund:
- Account number
- Name on account
- Address on account
