Your Loyalty Price Plan explained

Your Loyalty Price Plan is a reduced unit rate plan offered to loyal customers.  

We like to reward loyalty. That’s why you can move to our ‘Your Loyalty Price Plan’, with a reduced unit rate on your electricity and gas if you haven’t signed up to another offer.

What to expect

  • Your new price plan will be applied within 7 days
  • Your effective date will still be the day you signed up

So you won’t miss out on any savings while we get everything set up. Terms and conditions apply.

Who can get it?

To be eligible, you’ll need to:

  • Have been a Bord Gáis Energy electricity or gas customer for at least 3 years
  • Not have received any discounts on your energy plan during that time

We'll contact you by email if you're eligible, so please be sure we have your up-to-date email address and that you've consented to marketing emails.

You can update your contact details when you sign in to your online account. If you don't have an online account, you can register in just a few quick steps. 

To sign up, simply follow the directions in the email you receive from Bord Gáis Energy to activate ‘Your Loyalty Price Plan’ and start saving.
