How can I check what price plan I am on?

To check what price plan or tariff you’re on, check your latest bill.

You can see what plan you’re on in the top-right corner of your bill, underneath your account number.

If you receive paperless bills, click here for information on viewing and downloading your bills.

If you've just joined or changed plan and haven't received a bill yet, you can find the name of your plan on your order confirmation email.
