How do I switch to a Pay As You Go meter?

Electricity
If your existing meter type is interchangeable between credit mode and Pay As You Go mode, we can issue a code to transfer the meter to Pay As You Go mode. Alternatively, a meter exchange may be required.

Gas
To switch to a gas Pay As You Go meter, please get in touch through our online contact form. 

Please note that it's not recommended that vulnerable customers switch to a Pay As You Go meter.
