I'm blind or partially sighted, how can I access my bill?

If you're blind or partially sighted, we can offer two different billing options.

 If you’re blind or partially sighted, please contact us as we can offer your bill in one of the following formats:  

  • Braille bill  
  • Talking bill  

Blind or partially sighted customers can register as a special services customer. We offer a special services register for gas and electricity customers who are particularly vulnerable to disconnection during the winter months
