Is there an easy way to find out how much I owe?

Here are some ways that you can find out the current balance on your account;

  • Online: you can view your existing balance online by logging on to your online account. If you do not have an online account, you can register here.
  • Automated service: you can call our 24-hour automated service on 01 611 01 06. Please ensure that you have your account number and MPRN/GPRN to hand which is located at the top of your electricity/gas bill. See example of where you can find this on your bill below.
