Is there an easy way to find out how much I owe?

Here's how to view your current balance:

  • Online: you can view your existing balance online by logging on to your online account. If you don't have an online account, you can register here. Your main dashboard will display if money is owed or if your account is up to date. You can also view and download your recent bills for more detailed information. 
  • Automated service: you can call our 24-hour automated service on 01 611 01 06. Please ensure that you have your account number and MPRN/GPRN to hand which is located at the top of your electricity/gas bill. To view a sample bill and where you can find this info, see Understanding my Bill.
