What is a special services customer?
Special service customers are customers who are vulnerable to disconnection during winter.
You may qualify for our special services register if any of the below apply to you:
- Blind or partially sighted
- Mobility difficulties
- Deaf or hard of hearing
- Speech impaired
- Language difficulty
- Learning difficulty
- Mental health issues
- Dexterity difficulties
- Aged 66 or over and live alone, with minors or other elderly people.
We won’t disconnect your supply between 1 November and 31 March if you’re on our Special Services Register.
