Why should I register for an online account?

Registering for your online account is easy and allows you to take control of your gas, electricity and services accounts. 

You'll be able to make a payment, submit a meter reading, view your bills and transactions, compare your usage, and set up a direct debit. Residential customers can also access Rewards.

If you're having issues registering, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You may already be registered with us. You can check by going to our 'Forgot your password?' page and entering your email. If you receive an email from us, then you're registered and just need to reset your password.
  • If we don't have your phone number registered with us, you won’t be able to register online. Chat with us and we can add the number to your account.
  • The account number and MPRN/GPRN combination is not valid. Double check to make sure the numbers are correct.
