Can I change my existing payment method?
You can change your current payment method at any time, but it may affect your discounts.

If you change your payment option, your plan may be affected in the following ways:
- If you’re not currently on direct debit or Level Pay, by signing up you’ll receive an additional 2% discount on your usage.
- If you’re currently availing of a discount for direct debit or Level Pay and change to another payment option, you’ll lose your 2% discount.

How to change your payment method
We recommend paying by direct debit as it’s the easiest and most convenient way to pay your bills. You can set up direct debit on your online account - just follow the steps outlined in our FAQ How do I set up a direct debit? You can change your direct debit/bank details at any time on your online account.
If you pay by direct debit but wish to make smaller, additional payments in advance of your bill, you can set up scheduled payments. This money will accumulate in your account and will be used towards your next bill. You can set up a scheduled payment on your online account.
