Can I nominate a carer to manage my account?

You can nominate a relative or carer to look after bills and correspondence from Bord Gáis Energy.

You just need to give us their name and address with your consent to redirect your bill. You can provide this information via the special services registration form/priority services registration form or you can contact us to do it.
