Level Pay – Online Request

Level Pay is available for residential Bord Gáis Energy customers. In order to sign up for the Level Pay payment option, you'll also need to meet the eligibility requirements listed below:

I am currently paying my Bord Gáis Energy bill(s) by Direct Debit.*

My last bill had an Actual meter reading (A).*

(Check Your meter reads & consumption section of your bill.)

I confirm that there is no debt on my account older than 60 days and/or more than €1000.*

I am NOT on a Smart plan.*

(Level Pay is not available on Smart plans.)

I am NOT on a Green plan.*

(Level Pay is not available on Green plans.)

If you don’t currently pay your bills by Direct Debit, you can sign up for this in your online account. If you don't have an online account, you can register here.

Submitting meter readings will ensure accuracy of your bills and can help save you money. If you haven't provided us with your actual meter reading in last four months, you should provide one. There are a few easy ways to submit a meter reading. If you’re unsure how to do this please read our guide on how to submit a meter reading.

If you have debt on your account older than 60 days or more than €1000 you can make a payment that will meet the criteria. Please see our different payment options available.
