Level Pay is available for residential Bord Gáis Energy customers. In order to sign up for the Level Pay payment option, you'll also need to meet the eligibility requirements listed below:
(Check Your meter reads & consumption section of your bill.)
(Level Pay is not available on smart plans.)
(Level Pay is not available on green plans.)
What to do if you don’t qualify

If you don’t currently pay your bills by direct debit, you can sign up for this in your online account. If you don't have an online account, you can register here.

Submitting meter readings will ensure accuracy of your bills and can help save you money. If you haven't provided us with your actual meter reading in the last four months, please provide one. If you’re unsure how to do this, please read our guide on how to submit a meter reading.

If you have debt on your account of more than €2000 you can make a payment that will meet the criteria. Please see our different payment options available.
